All courses are digital products. Once access is granted, refunds may be limited.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A substantial portion of the course has been viewed
  • The refund request is based on personal preference
  • The request is made after the stated refund period

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method through Seylan Bank.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank.
